A paper on the development and the utilization of a multiscale mathematical and computational model of the response of cervical cancer to radiotherapy, co-authored by members of the In Silico Oncology and In Silico Medicine Group of the National Technical University of Athens, has just been published in "Scientific Reports - Nature". The simulated radiotherapeutic scheme includes both external beam therapy and brachythrapy.
